St. Mary is a place for swimming and hidden gems, with many rivers and beaches.(My opinion) Again it isn’t somewhere I haven’t really explored…YET! However, I have been to a few places and will continue to explore. Let me know in the comments the places on this list that you have visited before. Sometimes St. Mary gets a little overlooked but I believe it’s a great parish.

What is St. Mary known for?

St. Mary Parish is more known for the history of the Spaniards as it was one of the first areas they settled. Therefore you can find several forts and even a battle site that dates back to these incidents regarding the Spanish and English.

Don’t forget to check out My Jamaican Bucket List on Amazon and start your Jamaican Adventure!
