Where is Coral Cliff Montego Bay?
The reasons why people love Coral Cliff Entertainment and Gaming was so clear the minute I stepped in. The environment was nice, cool, and welcoming. Of course, all COVID19 protocols were also in place. The property featured a few different activities to do on each floor and even better they are in the process of having a bridge that leads right across to Margaritaville on the Hip Strip, very cool.
The Hip Srip is the lively hub known between tourists and locals alike. It is an ideal location for anyone looking to enjoy the vibrant nightlife, delicious cuisine and breathtaking scenery that the island has to offer. Things to do in Coral Cliff Jamaica
FUN FACTORY
Upon entering the ground floor to the left and right there is a large arcade where you can bring your children to enjoy or even yourself if you are a child at heart like myself.🤭
It’s your typical arcade where you can play, earn tickets and exchange them for gifts. If you are in the area with family or friends check them out. Just continue to remember that COVID protocols are in place regardless of the fun you may be having. As you ascend the staircase to your right there is a little area called The Tuck Shop where you can find your sweet treats and snacks.
GAMING (THE CASINO)
As you make your way up the stairs there is a lovely formation of a huge rock that shows different kinds of rocks all original. As you pass that and go up the stairs to your right you have now entered the Gaming Lounge. If you’re feeling lucky, head over to the casino for a chance to win big! The casino offers a variety of games and a lively atmosphere, the casino at Coral Cliff is the perfect place to spend an evening.
CORAL CLIFF RESTAURANT AND BAR
Well considering that COVID19 is in session anywhere I visit is usually around the time of day and week when you are less likely to find a crowd. I visited Bubble and Spice on a Thursday a little after the lunch hours but before the dinner rush so the place was not very full. Now, where do I even begin? The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I must say they have quite a few menus Pizza Menu, Drink Menu, a Regular Menu, and a Specials menu.
I decided to have the Curry Goat One-Pot along with mashed potato. Can I tell you when I ordered one pot I never expected….a literal POT. Also don’t let the look fool you, the pot cover…HEAVY! The curry goat, however, was blended well with carrots, onions, sweet pepper, and potatoes among many other rich flavors. It’s maybe one of the best curry goat dishes I have ever had here on the island. I definitely recommend it if you plan to visit here.
Also, they usually provide live music which provides a great ambiance for a great dinner or date night out. There is music from local bands to international acts, there’s always something happening at Coral Cliff. Whether you’re into reggae, jazz, or rock, you’re sure to find something to suit your tastes. And with a state-of-the-art sound system and lighting, the performances are always top-notch.
To top that off I also had a Lychee Martini, if you know me I love Lychee so wasn’t too hard making a decision on the drinks. Tell me a little about some of your favorite cocktails. Also on the compound, you can find The Lava Bar if you are just looking to have a few drinks and kick back.
Transportation and Parking
Coral Cliff Jamaica is located in Montego Bay and can be easily accessed by taxi or car. If you’re driving, there is ample parking available on the property. If you’re taking a taxi, be sure to negotiate the fare before getting in.
Coral Cliff prices really aren’t bad, the things there are reasonable and if it’s too much go to the casino!! 😀
