THINGS TO DO IN TRELAWNY JAMAICA

Remember from I started writing about the things to do across the island, I did mention that this is my personal Jamaican Bucket List that I am sharing with you, so as I do them I will tick them off also. Trelawny isn’t a parish that I have explored much but I am ready and excited to see how it will continue to develop. I am so excited!!
What is Trelawny known for?
Trelawny is known for quite a few things, namely, it is considered the Cockpit Country, in the southern part of the parish it is uninhabitable due to how it is structured. Another thing that the parish is known for is agriculture. Also of late a big thing that I have been seeing developing over the years is the tourism aspect. Some amazing hotels and beaches have surfaced, not to mention the Cruise Port.
Is Trelawny safe to explore?
Trelawny is considered to be one of the safest parishes on the island, but of course, I will always say 100 percent be cautious and if you are not from the area get a guide. It is better to be safer than sorry. Safety is important and in today’s day and age no matter where you visit I recommend that you be careful.
THINGS TO DO IN JAMAICA FALMOUTH
1. Go swimming at Bamboo Beach Club or just soak in the sun and have a cool beer.✔✔✔
2. Go and take a dip or explore the Luminous Lagoon at Glistening Waters.
3. Have a tour of the Good Hope Plantation through Chukka Tours.
4. Go rafting on the Martha Brae River.
5. You have to do the Hampden Estate Rum Tour.✔✔✔
6. Go jump around on the inflatables at 876 Beach Club, who knows you may be lucky and go on a night that they have a bonfire.
7. Go horseback riding or swim with horses at Sand N’ Saddle or by Braco Stables.
8. Have fun and do some activities at Chukka Eco-Adventure Outpost.
9. Go on the Jamaica Swamp Safari Adventure.
10. Go Paintballing at Paintball Jamaica
11. Go find and check out the Persian Water Wheel
12. Go relax at Blue Waters Beach Club.
13. Visit an All-Inclusive hotel in the area and have a blast.✔✔✔
14. Explore the Historic Falmouth Cruise Port.
15. Swim at Burwood Beach ✔✔✔
16. Visit Water Square
17. Grab some food and have fun at Margaritaville.
18. If you can, check out what is left of Fort Dundas.
Where is Trelawny located?
Trelawny is located in Cornwall County. The capital of Trelawny is Falmouth. The parish is located between St. James and St. Ann.
