A company that I know of that hires worldwide for voiceover artists is Filmless, they also hire for other positions which I will name in the other categories. This company does say that you should record in your home studio – this is not a must, as well as they require some experience.
They are very professional. Just ensure you have a quiet environment and a great microphone. They usually give approximately 24 hours for you to complete projects. Feel free to apply if you believe you are a good fit.

Voice Crafters hire voice-over artists that are very professional and require over 5 years of experience. They are very strict about what they are looking for. They want professional audio, they too require a studio sounding audio. They are not always hiring so you have to just check and see if you meet the requirements.
